Hello everyone! The journey continues for Week 3 in Orlando, FL. I took a few days off to rest after last week's adventures, but I am back at it again!
Week 3, Tuesday:
Today I hung out at the pool and took some more pics of the nature around the resort!
Week 3, Thursday:
Today, I visited Chocolate Kingdom Factory. What a delightful family-owned business for three generations. The factory tour was so informative, and I loved the "CHEESY" interactive videos. I learned so much about cocoa beans, the benefits of dark chocolate, the types of chocolates and how the taste of the chocolate will vary because of the region from which the cocoa beans came from. The chocolate was quite delicious, smooth, creamy and not too sweet. It was by far the best I have ever had. š«
Week 3, Friday:
Today, I stopped by the Orange County Conference Center. This building is a work of art! Did you know this conference center is the second largest in the country? You might be thinking where is the largest one at? š¤š If you said, McCormick Place (Chicago, IL), you would be correct! Look at it in all its beauty! It was not open the day I visited, but I would love to go into it on another trip to Orlando.
Afterwards, I stopped at the Red Lobster across the street and got my favorite seafood and salmon Ultimate Feast Platter, šš¤š¦those buttery biscuits, ša salad š„ and tried the Blue Sangria. š¹ (It was heavenly). I was so full; I took the other half of my food back to the resort to enjoy for lunch the next day!
And that concludes Week 3 and my solo trip to Orlando! Join me and my love on our next adventure. As we visit Utah (he was working, I was playing!). Then we will go on a Princess Cruise to see Alaskan Glaciers and take a train ride through the Yukon. See you next time! ā¤ļø
